INGREDIENTS:
Select young white peong white tea (Bai Mu Dan / Camellia Sinensis) Leaves and leaf buds. 100% natural.

DIRECTIONS:

FOR HOT TEA:
Put one tea bag in a cup (two if you like it really strong). Add fresh boiling water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes. Serve with honey if desired.

FOR ICED TEA:
Prepare hot tea at double strength and pour into ice filled glass melting of ice will dilute tea to server strength. Serve with honey if desired.
