Yang Luchan, the best apprentice of Chen Changxing, after 18 years hardly study, defeated all the masters at that time and everyone called him "Invincible Yang," thtis is the best example of studying Taiji Sparring. This routine contents on total 55 movements, explicated by Chen Erhu, the 12th generation successor of Chen-style Taijiquan.
