It is the characteristics of tight structure,applicable to both defense and attack,clear movements and distinguish actual combativeness,so many military monks like it.It is a dual routine in Shaolin Boxing,and also one of the most important series that Kung fu monks of the past ages taught to their disciples as the foundation of training for actual combat.
